Q.3 The cost to hire, does this include VAT? Does your venue offer exclusive use?
Q.4 What does the hire cost include? If the venue offers accommodation do they offer a discount for any wedding guests? Will this just be for the venue (dry-hire), or will this include, tables/chairs, catering, floral displays, event coordinator.
Q.5 Is there a charge for early access? Is there a charge for additional hourly hire?
Q.6 When can I access the venue for dropping off wedding day/supplier access?
Q.7 Is there parking? Will there be enough parking for your guests? Are there any parking restrictions?
Q.8 Can I use my own suppliers? Do you have a preferred suppliers list?
Q.9 If you are hiring an outdoor space – do you have a back-up element/Plan B venue or space we can hire? Will this space accommodate all your guests?
Q.10 Are there any venue restrictions; candles, not being able to pin things into walls and ceiling. Fireworks?
Q.11 Are there any noise restrictions? Can I bring my own DJ/Band/Musicians?
Q.12 Is there a bridal room to get ready in, or storage space we can use?
